I can't speak for anyone else (at least from before Viagra was invented) but at an early age I realized that I was going to have to emphasize foreplay and getting my SO off first, before I got "serviced".

I discovered a while ago that if I let my mind wander a bit, I can last pretty much as long as I want (or as long as my decent-shape body can keep it up).
If I feel myself getting close, I just start thinking about Zerg openings and what kind of things they might come up against, and at what build times I can get more drones in.
Bam, no longer in the danger zone.

That would probably make my boyfriend come faster tbh.
